Parsley smells slightly spicy with a tinge of anise and lemon. It tastes peppery.
It cannot withstand hot weather so be sure to water it whenever the soil gets dry! Also keep it away from direct sun. Fresh parsley can last up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator. When you want to harvest your parsley, snip them at the bottom, from the sides of the plant first. Move further inwards as you harvest more. A healthy parsley plant will always grow bushier after harvest.
