It tastes like a combination of oregano and thyme.
Make sure that it is planted in well-drained soil. The plant will only do well in moist soil. Indian Borage can only be grown under semi-shade light conditions. If it gets too much sunlight, the leaves will turn yellow and start to curl up. If it gets too little sunlight, the leaves will turn dark green.
